Stops

Featured Stops

Starbucks The Bukhansan

Starbucks The Bukhansan

Starbucks The Bukhansan is the chain's third 'THE' flagship store, with a full view of Bukhansan and its own gardens. Built on the idea of finding calm in nature, it blends into the mountain landscape and uses a series of landscaped spaces to frame the Bukhansan scenery. The rooftop terrace on the third floor opens onto a magnificent mountain view and even has a dedicated photo area for that perfect shot, which is why so many people rank it as the must-visit Starbucks in Korea.

Bulgwangcheon Cherry Blossom Road

Bulgwangcheon Cherry Blossom Road

A blossom secret kept by local residents, Bulgwangcheon Cherry Blossom Road is far less known to visitors than the other blossom spots. Both banks of Bulgwangcheon Stream have cycle paths, footpaths and outdoor exercise equipment, making it a favourite place for neighbours to walk and work out; when spring arrives and the cherry trees along the banks burst into bloom, it turns into a blossom-viewing haven, a riverside walk you can enjoy day or night.

Uiwang Rail Bike

Uiwang Rail Bike

The Uiwang Rail Bike, on the outskirts of Seoul, is Korea's first rail bike to circle a lake, with a course made up of themed sections such as a photo zone, a bird-watching zone and a speed zone. It is easy to reach, and the nearby nature study park, bird ecology science museum and railway museum make it ideal for families and couples.

Jebudo Sea Cable Car

Jebudo Sea Cable Car

The Jebudo Sea Cable Car is the longest sea cable car in Korea, showing off the character and scenery of Jebudo Island in a modern setting and establishing itself as a new favourite on the west coast and around the capital. From the cabin you can take in both the tidal flats and the sea.

Lotte World Tower

Lotte World Tower

SEOUL SKY occupies floors 117 to 123 of Lotte World Tower, the fifth-tallest building in the world and the tallest in Korea. From 500 metres up you can enjoy a dreamlike view of the Seoul skyline and an open 360-degree panorama, making it one of the city's newest favourite attractions.

Yangjae Citizens' Forest

Yangjae Citizens' Forest

Step out of Exit 1 of Yangjae Citizens' Forest Station and a riverside path thick with cherry blossom is right in front of you. Yangjaecheon Stream is one of Seoul's best-known blossom spots, with a red footpath and a green cycle lane that are perfect for a stroll along the water among the flowers.

Kyung Hee University cherry blossoms

Kyung Hee University cherry blossoms

Kyung Hee University is one of Korea's three leading private universities, and beyond its alumni and research it is celebrated for the Gothic architecture of its campus, which has become one of the campuses visitors to Seoul most want to see. It is beautiful in every season: cherry blossom in spring, lush green groves in summer, maples and ginkgo in autumn, and a dreamlike silver-white campus when the snow falls in winter.

Jungnangcheon Stream (Cherry Blossom Road)

Jungnangcheon Stream (Cherry Blossom Road)

Jungnangcheon Cherry Blossom Road runs between Gunja Bridge and Jungnang Bridge for roughly 2.5 kilometres, with cherry trees and forsythia lining both banks of the stream. At full bloom you can walk through a tunnel of blossom and enjoy the pleasure of a spring stroll, a hidden blossom secret in Seoul.

Ansan Park

Ansan Park

Ansan Park, next to the Seodaemun district office, has the Ansan cherry blossom trail as its best viewing spot, surrounded by blossom and flowers of every kind and used as a location for several K-dramas. If blossom is all you are after, head straight for the trail, a 7-kilometre step-free loop that follows a gently sloping path around the mountain through pleasant scenery, where many people picnic among the blossom.
